## About

Valudio AG is a system-integration and process-digitalisation studio headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland, with a second office in Barcelona, Spain. Positioning: "Connect Systems. Digitalize Processes." The team works with clients across the DACH region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria) and Spain, and builds custom software, APIs, and portals, plus cloud/DevOps support, in addition to its laboratory-focused products below.

## What we build for laboratories

Valudio's core platform for medical laboratories is MeDaHub, a middleware layer that connects a lab's LIS (laboratory information system), ERP, CRM, and other legacy systems using HL7, FHIR, LDT, and GDT interfaces. Built on top of MeDaHub:

- Befundabruf (result retrieval): secure online access to lab reports.
- Digital customer service: self-service tools that reduce inbound calls to lab support teams.
- Order Entry: structured digital capture of lab orders.
- Analysenkatalog (test catalogue): searchable, always-current catalogue of a lab's tests and services.
